Usage and exports
Explore requests, tokens and organisation spend across UTC date ranges.
The console Home page shows your organisation's usage. Use the reporting calendar to choose Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, This month, Last month, or a custom first and last date. Custom ranges include both selected UTC dates and can cover up to 90 days. Comparison figures use the immediately preceding period of the same length.
Days without activity still appear in the chart. All day boundaries use UTC, including exported data, so your browser's local timezone does not shift a request into another reporting day.
Use the model filter to narrow request and token totals. The breakdown can group by model or API key; search and page controls keep the selected date range. Members can see their own named keys in the key breakdown, while organisation admins can see all keys.
Organisation spend covers the whole organisation for the selected dates. It stays organisation-wide when a model or key filter narrows request counts.
Choose Export CSV to download the selected daily rows. The filename includes the first and last UTC dates. organisation_cost_micros is an exact integer: 1,000,000 micros equals one unit of your organisation's currency. Use the exported integer amounts for calculations; chart heights are a visual approximation.
The reporting calendar sits beside the model filter. Select a preset to apply it, or choose both custom dates and select Apply range. Export CSV uses the same selected dates and model filter.
Breakdown search narrows only that table. It appears once there are rows to search, and remains available when a search has no matches so you can clear it. Pagination appears when there are matching rows.
