Get help
Open a support ticket from the console, report a security issue, ask for higher limits, or write to support@sthanika.ai.
The quickest way to get help is a ticket from the console's Support page. It reaches our team with your organisation attached, so you don't need to explain who you are. You can also write to support@sthanika.ai. Contract customers also have a named contact in their order form.
Open a ticket
- Open Support in the console and choose New ticket.
- Pick a category, write a short title (up to 100 characters) and a description (up to 10,000 characters).
- Send it. You get a reference such as
SUP-7K2M9QXR, an email confirmation, and our reply by email to the same address. Quote the reference if you write to us.
| Category | Use it for |
|---|---|
| API issue | Errors, unexpected answers or slow responses. Include the request ID from the x-typesafe-request-id (or x-request-id) response header. |
| Billing & invoices | Invoices, payments, credits, tax details (GSTIN or VAT) and refunds. |
| Limits increase | Higher rate limits. We attach your current limits and recent usage automatically. You can also start this from the Limits page. |
| Account & access | Sign-in problems, two-factor, members and roles. |
| Security report | A vulnerability, or a key or account you think is compromised. These go straight to our on-call engineers. |
| Enterprise & sales | Contracts, committed-use pricing, Vault (self-hosting) and procurement. |
| Safety review appeal | Ask us to review a request or key blocked under the acceptable use policy. |
| Other | Product questions, feedback and documentation. |
Your tickets lists what you opened; Admins also see Organisation tickets opened by anyone in the organisation. To stop abuse, the number of tickets per person and per organisation each hour and day is limited.
Never send secrets
Never paste API keys, passwords, card details or your customers' data into a ticket or an email: we never need them, and a message that contains an API key is refused. If a key may be exposed, revoke it on the API keys page first.
A good API issue report
- The request ID of a failing request.
- The endpoint, the model and the time (UTC).
- What you sent, without the key, and what came back (status code and body).
