Sign-in and account security

Sign up and sign in to the console, reset a password, and protect your account with two-factor authentication and passkeys.

The console is where you manage your organisation, API keys, billing and Foundry. API calls do not use your console sign-in: they use API keys.

Create an account with an email and password, or with Google, GitHub or Hugging Face. With an email and password you first confirm your address with the link we send (valid for 24 hours). Every new account then reviews the terms, creates or joins an organisation and can skip the "How did you hear about us?" step. See the Quickstart.

If someone invited you, open the invitation link from the email: you join their organisation instead of creating one. See Organisations and members.

Sign in with the method you signed up with, or with a passkey you have added. After a few wrong passwords each further attempt is delayed a little longer (up to five minutes); the account is never locked, and a successful sign-in resets the delay.

Forgot your password? Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. We email a single-use link; setting a new password signs out your other sessions.

Signed up with Google, GitHub or Hugging Face? You can add a password under Account & security to sign in with your email too. Adding one needs a sign-in in the last 15 minutes.

Protect your account

Open Account & security in the console:

SettingWhat it does
Two-factor authenticationAn authenticator app (TOTP) code after your password. You get 10 single-use recovery codes, shown once: store them safely. Turning it on needs a password on the account.
PasskeysPhishing-resistant sign-in with your device (Touch ID, Windows Hello, a security key). Adding one needs a recent sign-in.
Sessions and devicesEvery device you are signed in on, with when it was last active. Sign out anything you don't recognise.
Email addressChanging it needs re-authentication, confirmation on both addresses and a 24-hour delay. Write to support to start it.

We always email you, and show a notice in the console, when your password changes, two-factor is turned on or off, or a passkey is added. These security emails cannot be turned off. If you did not make the change, change your password, sign out other sessions and write to support@sthanika.ai.

Leaving and deleting

  • Leave organisation (under Account & security) removes you from the organisation and revokes your personal API keys there; service-account keys keep working.
  • Download your data gives you a ZIP of your account data. See Export your data.
  • Delete your account is described in Delete or transfer.
